Pavel has been active in financial and capital markets for more than 25 years, during which time he has worked in many major international financial institutions.

He gained experience in financial markets from 1992 to 1999, when he worked for Credit Lyonnais and later at Komerční bance in Prague. He was subsequently appointed Chief Investment Officer of Amcico AIG Life, a subsidiary of the American insurance company AIG, where he was fully responsible for asset management. He founded and successfully managed mutual funds within AIG Funds Central Europe.

Since 2005, he has worked at PPF Asset Management, one of the largest international financial and investment groups.

In 2011, he founded and manages Carduus Wealth Advisors Zurich.

In 2015, he obtained a license from the Czech National Bank for Carduus Asset Management dedicated to asset management of individual clients.
